At Looks By Franny B, I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change unexpectedly. But I ask that you give 48 hours notice for cancellations. No-shows, last minute cancelations or more than 15 minutes late will be subject to a fee. . If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible so we can accommodate you and other clients.
